This is another Gas Station project. It's located @ Sijunjung, West Sumatra. It takes around 3 hours from Padang to get there. 
The Gas Station is belong to Sijunjung local government and the company i work for is the tender winner to build this gas station from "zero".  


Oke, let's discuss about this project  further..


Project : Gas Station Development
Land Area : + 3.578,8 m2
Location : Sijunjung, West Sumatra
Owner : PD. Kinantan ( Sijunjung Local Government )


The land which has area for 3.578,8m2 is so large for the function of gas station. but unfortunately if the land isn't be maximaly treated.the only one problem is "funds". the local goverment has limited fund to build this gas station. so, I think it's a challenge how to build gas station with limited funds.


1. LAYOUT

Hmmm... I think you will understand the layout with only see its picture.. it so simple to know lanes of vehicle, how many pump, etc..

hehe...

2. DESIGN

Practically, the design of gas station is so easy because it has the determination and guidance from PERTAMINA, the hard challenge  is the owner wants. some times where the preliminary design is done, suddenly it has to be changed... hmm.... so, that's design, need a long processes " There's no perfect design, and it will stop because the time limits"

3. ALMOST DONE..!!!

This gas station still doesn't get the number for the license, and i am still ashamed for asking "is my gas station design good?" and the answer always "I think almost gas station design is same for each other in Indonesia" hehe...
